DataBreach.com Team · April 1st 2025, 8:00 pm EDT
In April 2025, Royal Mail Group experienced a data breach that exposed sensitive customer and internal data. The incident was revealed on a dark web forum by a threat actor known as "DR4K4," who leaked over 70,000 mailing addresses and around 93,000 unique email addresses.
The exposed data came from internal mailing lists and included full names, addresses, email details, and package information such as service class and sender data. A screenshot from an internal virtual meeting, showing a planning analysis presentation and employee video feeds, was also leaked—suggesting deeper access to internal systems.
