Our origin story began inside Atlas Privacy, a Y Combinator-backed technology company, where our team built tools and legal strategies to help people take control of their digital footprint. That work included groundbreaking enforcement efforts under New Jersey’s Daniel’s Law, including litigation involving more than 150 data brokers to protect at-risk public servants and their families.

Today, DataBreach.com carries that mission forward.
