In late December 2025, the Everest ransomware group claimed responsibility for a massive data breach targeting Chrysler (Stellantis), leaking over 1 terabyte of sensitive internal data after ransom negotiations reportedly failed. Analysis of the exfiltrated files-which Everest alleges includes a complete database of Chrysler operations and extensive Salesforce records-reveals the exposure of approximately 1.8 million unique email addresses and 262,900 unique phone numbers.
