In March 2025, BeYoung.in, a leading online fashion retailer in India, experienced a significant data breach that compromised the personal information of over 5.5 million customers.
The compromised data includes customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, cart amounts, device information, order details, and feedback data. The breach encompasses approximately 25 million lines of data across various tables, such as records of abandoned shopping carts, customer feedback, and transactional emails.
The breach was discovered when a user with the alias "@Satanic" leaked the database on BreachForums, a well-known platform for sharing compromised data.
