In late April 2025, Arkansas Primary Care Clinic PA-a 30-employee primary-care practice in Little Rock with roughly $6.8 million in annual revenue-surfaced on the leak site of the INC RANSOM gang.
The attackers claimed to have exfiltrated about 15 GB of data before deploying their ransomware.
An analysis of the files by security experts at DataBreach.com revealed 25,874 unique phone numbers, 6,848 postal addresses, 2,264 email addresses and 199 Social Security numbers, suggesting thousands of current and former patients now face heightened risks of identity theft and targeted scams.
